She has been involved in the capital-market journeys of Sathlokhar Synergys E&C Global Limited and Happy Square Outsourcing Services Limited, including their IPO and listing processes, and has supported Sri Priyanka Geo-Commex Limited in its IPO-readiness journey.

Her experience includes business and equity valuations, fund-raise assignments and financial due diligence, including association with a significant QIB transaction involving State Bank of India.

Her professional foundation includes extensive Statutory Audit and Assurance experience across multinational, listed and mid-market businesses, providing strong expertise in financial reporting, controls and transaction readiness.

Mamatha brings over 7 years of experience in corporate compliance, accounting advisory and business restructuring for SMEs and growing enterprises. Her practice centres on company secretarial and ROC compliance, accounting standards review, and the structural transitions that businesses undergo as they formalise and scale.

She advises on the intricacies of corporate conversions - including partnership and LLP conversions into private limited and listed company structures - guiding clients through the regulatory, accounting and procedural detail these transitions demand.

Her accounting advisory work spans financial reporting, accounting standards review, statutory and internal audits and process reviews, and she supports companies preparing for public listing through readiness assessments and IPO due diligence.

Her experience extends across healthcare, agri-business, manufacturing and trading. Mamatha leads the firm's US accounting practice, overseeing accounting and finance operations for international clients, and also advises NRI clients on income-tax compliance.

Fellow Chartered Accountant Narendra is an indirect-tax specialist with over 13 years of experience in GST litigation, departmental representation and corporate governance, guided by a consistent philosophy: building businesses that are compliant, controllable, investable and scalable. His practice pairs a litigator's instinct for defending businesses against tax exposure with an auditor's discipline for building the internal controls that keep them sound.

He has represented corporate clients in high-value GST disputes, securing material reductions in demand exposure, and has supported large corporates through income-tax investigations. His work spans GST scrutiny, assessments, audits, appeals and DRC proceedings before the authorities, alongside advisory on the indirect-tax treatment of complex transactions.

He has also supported companies preparing for public listing — restating and cleaning up financials, and assisting with the financial due diligence. Complementing this, he designs internal financial controls, risk-management frameworks and SOPs for growing and mid-market companies.

A Fellow member with Life Memberships of the Society of Auditors, Chennai and the Tamil Nadu & Puducherry CA Association, Narendra is also active in the wider business community through the Madras Management Association and serves as Director of Community Services at his Rotary Club.

Prince spent 18 years leading finance for startups and MNCs as CFO/Finance Director executing cross-border transactions, engaging directly with the Tax Department and RBI, and navigating complex corporate law from the inside. A certified specialist in Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements (DTAA) and FEMA, he translates intricate tax and regulatory frameworks into actionable strategy. His work spans direct tax litigation representations and appeals before the CIT(A) and the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal and regulatory representation, including RBI compounding applications and FEMA penalty adjudications before the Enforcement Directorate. On the advisory side, he guides corporates and startups through cross-border taxation, FDI and outbound investments, External Commercial Borrowings, international capital structuring and RBI/NBFC licensing.

He serves on company advisory boards and is an active member of the Bombay Chartered Accountants' Society, contributing to the BCAS Journal.
